Are you looking for a marketing strategy to put your aesthetics practice on the map? One you can leverage in your medspa Meta ads to get you booked out months in advance? Look no further!
I’ve mentioned this before over on Instagram, but this is THE strategy that helped one of my medspa clients achieve a three million dollar year in 2025! The strategy breaks down into five easy tips you can start implementing in your aesthetics practice’s ads today!
First: you need to get seen by the right people.
Stop getting so caught up in who to target with your Meta ads audiences.
You are trying to target local people, right? So, target your local area with high quality videos and intentional ad copy that speaks clearly to them. We’re talking about the kind of copy that calls out to them directly and connects with them.
Connection needs to be a huge part of your marketing. It lays the groundwork for authority-building with educational content, as well as social proof via transformations and user-generated testimonials.
This is true for both your Meta ads and organic content.
Second: make sure you’re retargeting properly.
People buy from entrepreneurs and businesses they recognize and trust. You want to be recognizable for your ideal patients. Use b-roll videos, Reels and stories to make your face familiar and your expertise unquestionable.
Retargeting your warm-ish audiences consistently, builds a camaraderie with them, and more importantly, builds trust.
Building trust FIRST is vital when selling higher cost services. Clients need to trust you before they will trust you with their face, skin or overall wellness.
Third: lead with connection – not the sale.
How do your clients connect with you? How do they resonate with what you’re saying? Why should they trust you?
Think about those questions and make sure you work all those answers into your marketing with carousels, videos and stories that address the questions. Again, this is true for ads and organic posts.
An easy way to do this so you’re not struggling to create content? Focus on building your brand around you and your story. That’s when you’ll see the bookings flood in. You don’t want to be some cold, intimidating medspa no one can relate to.
Fourth: make sure to follow up.
Ads start conversations. Make sure you or your team nurture every lead. What does that look like? Leveraging DMs, emails or retargeting ads to keep a consistent touchpoint with your potential clients.
That kind of consistency in communication is what leads to sales. This also leads to clients re-booking consistently as well.
It’s about the experience in the aesthetics industry.
Providing an unforgettable, completely customized client experience, showing your clients you actually care about their individual needs, keeps people re-booking. And that’s half the battle!
Fifth: measure and adjust.
Keep an eye on what’s working and what isn’t. Double down on winning ad campaigns. Tweak the ones that are underperforming.
It’s important to never assume a “set it and forget it” approach because what works one month might flop the next month – especially with the constant changes Meta rolls out!
